2nd and up $10.00/each
Notary/Service Fees do not include traveling fee.

Traveling fees are charged to ALL general notary signings.

Once completed, these charges are non-refundable. (See our Refund Policy for more information)
We do not charge a travel service fee when purchasing a package and the appointment is set during business hours. Travel service fees are charged for ALL after hour signings.

COVID!
Notaries are considered an essential service which means we are still here for you when you need us! We will be following CDC guidelines and taking additional precautions to ensure your safety:
1. We will try to maintain a 6ft. distance during our interaction.
2. We will make every effort to not touch your identification.
3. We will use hand sanitizer before our interaction.
4. Please do not take offense if we do not offer to shake hands.
5. We have nitrile gloves available, and we are more than willing to wear them while handling your documents.
6. Before and after each interaction, we will disinfect our pens, stamps, journals, and bags.
7. We recommend meeting you in an open-air environment if you are comfortable.

About Us
A Public Notary at Your Service. A public notary is an appointed official of the State of Arizona to serve the public as an impartial witness, and a means of decreasing document fraud. The Secretary of State commissions public notaries in the State, where they may take affidavits, verifications, acknowledgements, and depositions, certify copies of documents, and administer oaths and affirmations. Please have the following items ready for your appointment: Document needing to be notarized already filled out, except for the final signature
Valid, unexpired government-issued identification (State Driver's License, State ID, US Passport, military ID, etc.)
If the above IDs are not available, we will need to have someone act as a credible witness. The credible witness is placed under oath to swear/affirm the signer's identity. This person must personally know the signer and have one of the above forms of identification. In addition, the credible witness cannot be connected to the notarized transaction.
You! The individual signing and requesting notarization are required by Arizona law to appear before the public notary at time of notarization.
